With a lifetime of working with wood and a dedication to quality, Gary Havener of Ace in the Hole Woodworks has been building furniture in Wyoming for over 40 years. Our work runs the gamut from custom designed fine handcrafted furniture, frames, doors, knives, hair sticks, and even pine coffins.
Gary's attention to detail and commitment to working with clients results in pieces that give satisfaction to generations. We work primarily with North American hardwoods often going directly to small owner-operated mills to secure wood that will produce a one-of-a-kind piece. The care to the nano details makes each piece a unique heirloom. We will personally deliver to all of Wyoming and most of Colorado as well.

We build custom frames for photos or fine art, willow doors, and custom handmade knife handles and sheaths. Get a pair (or two) of hand carved wooden hair sticks made of Osage Orange, a native hardwood used by many Native American tribes for bows.
